UnCommon Gospel had the great fortune of attending the Premiere of Kingdom Business last week in LA! Everyone showed up and showed out! The amazing cast was in attendance; Yolanda Adams, Serayah, Chaundre A. Hall-Broomfield, Michael Beach, Michael Jai White, Kiandra Richardson and La’Miya Good.
Those in attendance were blessed with an impromptu mini concert from Kirk Franklin, who was backed up by the “BET+ Mass Choir!” (If you know, you know… lol!) We had a little bit of Yolanda Adams to boot! What an event! We saw the first episode of the drama series and baby, this is not for the faint of heart! This series checks all of the boxes and is a real, in your face experience of what we go through day to day, in and outside of the church! Kudos to DeVon Franklin, Dr. Holly Carter and Kirk Franklin for showing us the raw dealings of what this faith walk is all about. This drama series is not watered down and we are here for it!

ABOUT “KINGDOM BUSINESS”
Denita Jordan (Yolanda Adams) is the Queen of Gospel Music at First Kingdom Church and Kingdom Records in Atlanta. A superstar whose music has been heard around the world, she is determined to guard her family and its many secrets at all costs. Her husband Calvin Jordan (Michael Beach) may be the Bishop at First Kingdom, but Denita is the true leader, and she has little tolerance for insurrection among her family and employees (and ex-employees).
