Peace Activist Queen Theresa King Releases Timely New Single ‘This Too Shall Pass’

*LOS ANGELES  – Known for her jazzy, raspy and unique vocal sound, singer/songwriter and peace activist Queen Theresa King releases her long-anticipated single “This Too Shall Pass.”

In a time of much uncertainty due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus, The uplifting and powerful single couldn’t be timelier. “This Too Shall Pass” is the first release from her forthcoming debut EP titled “It’s Your Life.”

The single is available now on all digital platforms. The EP set to release this Summer and will feature 5 equally soulful and heartfelt tracks.

“I recorded this song back in 2014 and it was always one of my favorites! It took me through some tough times and with what we are dealing with today, this is the assurance that people need to help restore hope” says Queen Theresa.

Born in New Orleans, LA and after surviving a turbulent childhood that lead to an attempted suicide at the age of 11 and then becoming a teen-age runaway, Theresa discovered her purpose as she developed a burden for the hurting and forgotten.  She also discovered that there was healing in her music. Now armed with this revelation, Theresa began writing songs, and performing at as many places as possible in an effort to confirm the healing power that she felt was in her music, and it was true. Anointed by God, Theresa’s unique style and sultry signature sound brought healing and hope to so many. Her style cannot be duplicated and every track on the forthcoming EP tells a story and is designed to take listeners through a spiritual healing experience.
