The iconic Gospel group Commissioned is among Three influential singing groups and a late Nashville record executive, who will be inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame by The Nashville-based Gospel Music Association this spring.
All will be recognized at the seventh annual GMA Honors and Hall of Fame Induction, set to take place May 6 in Nashville.

The ceremony also recognizes charitable efforts, organizations and their leaders, often tied to the Christian music community. Among this year’s honorees, Willie Moore, Jr. is recognized for his endless efforts with the Bethany Christian Services.
Artists (and non-artists) are eligible for Hall of Fame induction after 25 years of “participation in music and ministry.” They’re selected in four categories: Contemporary Christian Music (CCM), Gospel, Southern Gospel and non-performing. Learn more at www.gospelmusichalloffame.org.
